With over 30 years of experience across creative and retail environments, I've built my career at the intersection of artistry, leadership, and operational excellence. My professional journey spans visual merchandising, store management, and showroom leadership, where I’ve consistently driven sales growth, elevated brand presentation, and developed high-performing teams.
Throughout my career, I’ve led and mentored teams, executed impactful floor sets and merchandising strategies, managed inventory and operational processes, and cultivated welcoming and inspiring retail environments. My background in creative fields allows me to see both the big picture and the fine details - ensuring that every space tells a compelling story while delivering measurable results.
Known for being organized, adaptable, and collaborative, I thrive in fast-paced environments, where strategic thinking and hands-on execution go hand in hand. I’m passionate about developing people, strengthening team culture, and translating brand vision into dynamic, customer-focused experiences.
Outside of work, I have a deep love for travel, art, reading, and baking. Exploring new places, and creative perspectives continually fuels my inspiration and keeps my approach fresh, thoughtful, and culturally aware. Baking has always been more than a hobby for me - it’s a place of calm and creativity. The process of measuring, mixing, and transforming simple ingredients into something beautiful feels almost meditative. In the quiet rhythm of the kitchen, I find the same sense of intention and artistry that inspires much of my creative work. Baking offers me both joy and serenity, a reminder that creativity doesn’t always have to be loud or complicated - sometimes it’s found in the warmth of an oven, the scent of fresh bread, and the simple satisfaction of making something by hand.

PANDORA JEWELRY
Holiday 2019 VM Guideline
The Holiday Campaign Visual Merchandising Guideline was always the largest and most comprehensive. Flagship stores and Concept Stores would receive more materials and larger guidelines, specific to their store level. Multibrand dealers would receive a much smaller guideline. Approximately 5 versions were created for each campaign.

Harry Potter X Pandora 2019 VM Guideline
In 2019, Pandora - in collaboration with Disney - launched The Harry Potter Charm series. This Visual Merchandising Guideline was sent to all store levels to promote and showcase the new collection.
